ALTA Y DOBLE CONSENTIMIENTO (OPT-IN): El registro inicial al programa es gestionado directamente por nuestro aliado estratégico 1st Southwest Community Fund durante sus jornadas de vinculación comunitaria. Ellos realizan el registro y nos proporcionan sus datos (nombre y número de teléfono). Posteriormente, nuestro sistema envía un mensaje de verificación inicial por SMS; usted debe responder de manera activa con la palabra clave START para confirmar su consentimiento explícito y comenzar a recibir el contenido educativo diario.
1. Finalidad del Tratamiento y Uso de Datos Personales
Recopilamos su nombre y número de teléfono móvil con el único objetivo de brindarle un registro y seguimiento completamente personalizado a lo largo del trayecto formativo. Sus datos se encuentran protegidos bajo estrictos estándares de seguridad digital.
2. Intercambio de Información con la Fundación (1st Southwest Community Fund)
Toda la información, respuestas y datos recopilados a partir de los ejercicios diarios y las evaluaciones completadas en el programa serán proporcionados directamente a 1st Southwest Community Fund. Este intercambio de información tiene la finalidad exclusiva de permitir que la fundación conozca el perfil, necesidades reales y avances de sus emprendedores para poder brindarles un mejor seguimiento institucional.
3. Resumen Ejecutivo Privado
Toda la información técnica y financiera que usted proporcione durante el programa con respecto a la estructura de su negocio será consolidada por nuestro sistema. Al finalizar la cohorte, se le hará llegar un diagnóstico integral detallado en forma de resumen que será compartido exclusivamente con usted a su correo electrónico registrado, sirviendo como una brújula para la consolidación de su empresa.
4. Información Sobre Créditos y Financiamientos
Cualquier mención, recurso o material compartido durante este programa educativo respecto a opciones de crédito o financiamientos ofrecidos por 1st Southwest Community Fund tendrá un carácter estrictamente informativo y de uso complementario (extras). La campaña de SMS no se utilizará bajo ninguna circunstancia para la comercialización, colocación o intermediación activa de productos financieros o préstamos de riesgo.
5. Tarifas de Mensajería y Comandos de Control (Opt-Out)
El programa no genera cargos adicionales; sin embargo, pueden aplicar las tarifas regulares de envío de mensajes y transmisión de datos de su proveedor de telefonía móvil (Msg & Data Rates May Apply). Usted mantiene el control total de la interacción a través de las siguientes palabras clave:
- START: Confirma la inscripción activa al canal de mensajería.
- STOP / CANCEL: Detiene e interrumpe de forma inmediata e irreversible el envío de mensajes SMS.

These Terms, Conditions, and Privacy Policies govern the access and use of the interactive SMS messaging services and automated assessment tools provided by INMX SERVICES AGENCY LLC (hereinafter, "the Company"), owner of the LIDH brand and the domain lidh.com.mx, in direct strategic partnership with the non-profit organization 1st Southwest Community Fund.
ONBOARDING & DOUBLE OPT-IN CONSENT: Initial registration to the program is managed directly by our strategic partner, 1st Southwest Community Fund, during their community engagement events. They perform the intake and pass the data (name and phone number) to us. Subsequently, our system triggers an initial verification SMS; the user must actively reply with the keyword START to confirm explicit consent and begin receiving the daily educational curriculum.
1. Purpose of Processing and Personal Data Usage
We process your name and mobile phone number for the sole purpose of maintaining a completely personalized registration and tracking system throughout the educational cohort. Your data is protected under strict digital security standards.
2. Data Sharing with the Foundation (1st Southwest Community Fund)
All information, responses, and data collected through daily interactive exercises and evaluations completed during the program will be provided directly to 1st Southwest Community Fund. This information sharing is exclusively intended to enable the foundation to know and understand the profile, real needs, and progress of their entrepreneurs to ensure better institutional support.
3. Private Executive Summary
All technical and financial business information provided by you during the course of the program will be compiled by our system. Upon completing the cohort, a comprehensive detailed diagnosis will be sent exclusively to you via your registered email address, serving as a roadmap for your company's consolidation.
4. Loan and Credit Information
Any mention, resources, or materials shared during this educational program regarding credit lines or loan options offered by 1st Southwest Community Fund will be strictly informative and for complementary use (extras). The SMS campaign will not, under any circumstances, be utilized for the direct marketing, active solicitation, or brokering of financial products or lending arrangements.
5. Messaging Rates and Control Keywords (Opt-Out)
The program does not generate additional fees; however, standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply (Msg & Data Rates May Apply). You maintain absolute control over the interaction using the following keywords:

- STOP / CANCEL: Immediately and irreversibly halts the delivery of all SMS messages.
